So yeah boys, I’m exhausted and barely alive, but I gotta share my summary of my article with you - quantity wise, RP city maps were the most dominant in this article, but quality-wise, Pripyat/Metro took the cake and landed in first/second places. The goal is to find keycard and other gadgets to escape before you meet a gruesome demise.

This map, like RP Metro Refuge, has an apocalyptic theme to it, but here you’re out in the open, surrounded by a completely dead, obliterated city - and that’s what made me put this map in the TOP 1 spot - I love apocalypse-themed maps and this one just simply takes the cake from all the maps that I can remember - it’s perfect for RP. Features: Plenty of Apartments (Shower / Saunas and Nice Views Included) C. In terms of room size, or anything like that, I wouldn't say there is a limit for any theme of RP, so long as there are things to do and things to see. Jorpakko, a fictional Finnsh City, is a large-scale RP map designed to combine both fun and realistic experiences to Garrys Mod. The map is as large as the editor will let me, reaching limits left and right. Its intended to be used for roleplaying as the map is very large. Train stations can be good for all three as well. This is a cowboy map inspired by old spaghetti westerns, Django unchained, Red dead redemption and the likes.

Landmarks wise, places like Citadels (big, tall structures that kind of look alien) are good for the Combine, shops and apartments for the citizens, and sewers or abandoned places for the rebels. My siblings and I play gmod, and roleplay with a Lego City map Watch as two Paranormal Investigators get caught in a childs toybox and try to escapeThanks. This is a Half-Life themed RP map so if that's what you want to do, then usually you will want Combine areas, areas for normal Citizens (people who are just trying to live in the location), and areas for Rebels to hide out in. So landmarks and areas depend on that kind of thing. As most have moved on, I figured I would finish the last few interior sections. To answer your question, I think it really depends on what RP theme you're going for. This was a map originally created for a WWII Roleplay community. HomelessGoomba and I play Garry's Mod, and we play the Beautiful Vacation Map, Abstraction Watch as we explore this map and do all sorts of silly roleplays.
